About the Lab

Stillness Haven Lab makes frequency and noise music the way you would run a sample: measure first, publish the numbers, and claim only what the evidence supports.

The lab is run by a chemist (MSc). It is deliberately anonymous — not as a gimmick, but because the work should stand on the measurements, not on a name. Anonymity is a cost we accept, and we pay it back with a method you can verify.

That method is the whole point. The sound is synthesized from a signal we control, checked with an FFT, and released only when the spectrum matches the label. Every academic reference is real and traceable. Where a specific frequency lacks direct evidence, we say so plainly instead of dressing it up.

No mystical language, no miracle tones, no medical claims — just engineered sound and the receipts to check it. If a Huberman Lab listener would not forward it to the group chat as rigorous, it does not ship.
